I spent 4 years at DJCAD learning about the fundamentals of design and improving my skill set as a designer. It was here that I began to understand who I am as a designer and I'm grateful for the teaching and opportunities I was given there. Graduating with upper second class with honours.

Clothing brand
Project created in spare time making a unisex clothing brand. Working face to face with clients designing custom clothing to the customers criteria in the brands style. The goal was to encourage clients to be more involved with the design work.

Graphics and Social media
During lockdown created graphics and directed social media brand for local music school while they started their business helping to promote them and build a brand for customers to recognise.
Customer service roles
Experienced in fast-paced retail environments, managing stock, cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Customer Team Leader, I was responsible for overseeing both customer interactions and employee performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high service standards. This role strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of customer needs and team management

CAD softwares
Fusion, AutoCad, Virtual Worlds
Creating rapid 3D prototypes, custom STL files, concepts showcasing working mechanisms. I have a solid grasp of CAD softwares and can use them effectively during a design process.
Prototyping
Rapid prototyping using both CAD software and physical materials. The prototypes can be created to help propel the design process and can be high or low fidelity depending on the situation required.
Research
Analysing and collecting data from different areas and turning it into a useful tool that displays the data in an understandable order. Creating engaging user tests that get the most data out of users and the concept being tested.
Since 2024, I have worked as a professional bathroom designer, delivering bespoke luxury designs that balance client preferences with practical room requirements. I regularly present concepts to clients, provide tailored solutions to complex design challenges, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and a consultative approach
